The Padre Pio Prayer Group of St. Catherine of Siena is happy to present ” the poems” of Father Guglielmo Alimonti.

The author is Padre Guglielmo Alimonti, capuchin priest and Padre Pio spiritual son;

by writing in verse, he tells about Padre Pio’s life and their close spiritual relationship.

The meeting with the stigmatized capuchin guided his sacerdotal life.

Padre Pio became his spiritual director and gave him the task to support the Prayer Groups: a praying army, yeast and ferment of the

Church and of the society.
